What do I need to bring with me?:

A light lunch will be provided, but please do bring with you notebooks and pens for taking notes (or laptops/tablets if you prefer to take notes digitally).

    Directions and Travel:

The University of Roehampton campus benefits from being at the heart of a busy network of transport links. Whether using 24-hour buses, the tube network at Hammersmith, Shepherd’s Bush and Putney, or through rail services from Barnes to Waterloo, all points across Central and West London are within easy reach of the university.

    By bus

Buses 72, 265, 493, 85, 170 and 430 stop near the entrance to Whitelands College. Whitelands is located just off Holybourne Avenue.

    By train

The nearest station is Barnes - 8 trains per hour go to Putney, Clapham Junction, Vauxhall and London Waterloo.

Barnes station is 32 minutes’ walk from the Whitelands College, or you can take buses 72 or 265 which stop outside the campus.

    By tube

We are a short bus ride away from tube connections at Hammersmith (Circle/Hammersmith & City/District/Piccadilly lines), Shepherd's Bush (Central) and Putney Bridge (District).

If coming from the direction of Hammersmith/Shepherd's Bush take bus 72 to Whitelands College – or coming from Putney Bridge take bus 265.

    By cycle

There are cycle points on campus to secure bikes for those using pedal power.

    By car

Please note, there is no parking available on campus and is extremely limited in nearby streets. The University is easily accessible by public transport.

    See the Campus map.
